I’m Sian.  Who we become and how we view the world is shaped by experiences we cannot remember, as well as those experiences we can remember. When we experience anxiety, depression and/or negative thinking we can get stuck in a rut that feels impossible to get out of. But we are all capable of change and just being curious can be the first step into making changes. Being able to place your trust in a therapist is key to your wellbeing journey.

I’m Sue. My approach incorporates Systemic and Internal Family Systems (IFS).  I have particular skill in working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, guilt, shame, fear, grief, anger, suicidal thinking, self-harm, disordered eating, substance use, and most of all, hope.  I’ll help you get to know and understand your thoughts, emotions, impulses and behaviours with curiosity, compassion and without judgement.  Whether you’re an individual or a couple, together we’ll explore the issues that are important to you.

I'm Jeremy. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, a feeling of a loss of direction or purpose, or difficulty with building meaningful relationships with others are some of the symptoms that point us to something deeper: an inner conflict between our historical habits and feelings, and the emergence of our authentic self. I am experienced in providing individual therapy and facilitating group therapy and of working with a wide range of concerns and issues including childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

I’m Liz.  My way of working includes looking at what your anxieties, behaviours and values mean to you and the role they play in your life. Together we can identify the root causes of your struggles. Systemic counselling does not focus on a diagnosis or labels of mental illness, only what it means to you and the part it plays within your life.  If your life is feeling unmanageable, or you are struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety or depression I can offer you a safe space to break it down and review the role you play within your own life.

I'm Rhodri.  In a world that appears to be constantly asking more and more of us, change in our personal or professional lives can appear at best challenging and at worse terrifying. Am I enough? Is there something wrong with me? Am I what I should be? Is this as good as it gets? Can they see through me? Am I a “good” person? These questions that often lurk behind the smiles and online status on our online social platforms. Searching for the answers can keep us awake early into the early hours or motivate us to act in ways that are inconsistent with our values.

I'm Katherine (she/her).  I am an HCPC certified art psychotherapist. I am passionate about working with individuals to creatively work through trauma. When there are no words to describe the feelings we deal with, artwork can aid in helping us express things in a safe way. I work with complex trauma and have experience working with sexual abuse, homelessness, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, selective mutism, and the queer community. I am qualified to work with both adults, young people, and children.  My first goal in therapy is to create a safe space for individuals to come and be themselves.
